More recently Gibran has been a policy advisor at the European Parliament in the Economic and Monetary Affairs committee advising on Fintech and Banking regulations and working on the impact of BREXIT to the financial services sector.He has also built various FinTech start-ups and successfully exited.Gibran holds a degree in BSc(Hon) Business Information Technology and qualifications in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
He is the founder of PH7 Hedge Fund Consultants and major supporter of the ideals and ideas of Urban Edge Capital.Taco has a MBA from the University of Chicago and a Business Economics Degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is Dutch (born in the Caribbean) and speaks a few languages.

Mr Saifan has over 17 years experience in structured and exotic products starting his career at Man Group and then at Schroders. Sameer during 2011 to 2016 spent time working in the UAE for various funds which included a statistically driven arbitrage driven fund totaling over $100 Million.This lead him to work with a specialist options trading houses such as E.On Global and Uniper Energy a global commodities based group where he further developed his AI and Python skills in developing custom APIs and Algos to price and structure derivatives using Margrabe formula and Monte Carlo validation.More recently Sameer has worked at Tages Capital a $2.3Bn Italian fund where he was responsible for trading and risk management for all of Tages alternative risk Premia Funds.Sameer brings a wealth of technical and quant skills required to head up our Urban Delta Research team.Sameer has a BSc B.Engg. In Mechanical Engineering and a MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics.

Mr Kataria has been a portfolio analyst and manager for over 17 years at the following firms; JP Morgan Chase, Russell Funds Management, Insight Investment, Canada Life Investment Management, Collabrium Investment Advisers (a global equities hedge fund). A consistent asset raiser and portfolio construction analyst, and has created and developed multiple unique strategies, which have yielded consistent returns year after year.Manish holds a BSc(Hons) Economics Degree from University College London.

Ms Levine has worked for one year at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and for last eight years at JP Morgan Asset Management, where she is responsible for portfolio construction and research. Ms Levine has a Masters Degree in Business and a Masters from London School of Economics.
Marcus Whyte was appointed to the Board in 2019. He has extensive professional service and executive search experience. Currently he is the owner of ZYNA Search a boutique Executive Search, with a focus on diversity, including being a leader in the BME talent agenda at the Board and executive management level.
Last year he featured in the Sunday Times Magazine following an interview “Being black in the corporate world. Over the last eight years, Marcus has worked on a wide range of executive and non executive search assignments, and leadership development projects, including a number of high profile reviews. His clients range from FTSE 100 companies, to major global consulting and tech firms. Marcus spent 7 years working for variety of Financial Services search firms where he held a variety of functional lead positions.
Before moving into executive search in 2004, Marcus was an auditor in financial services, before moving into business consulting for Arthur Andersen Consulting EMEIA. Marcus studied Banking Finance at Loughborough University, has played rugby in the National leagues and is a qualified yoga teacher.

Raul Biancardi is our corporate strategy advisor. He has 25 years of experience in wealth and asset management, investment research, and private banking, working in the UK, Switzerland, and the Middle East. Before co-founding Open Vista, Raul was Head of International Asset Management and Private Banking at Banco Bradesco, based in London.
He successfully created and launched Bradesco’s first globally diversified funds and built the international wealth advisory and investment management operations in Europe. Raul started his career at the beginning of the ‘90s as the founder of Morgan Stanley’s Latin American equities business in Europe.
In 1997, he joined Lehman Brothers, where he held several senior positions including Head of Wealth and Asset Management for EMEA, Deputy Head of European Equity Research, and Head of Emerging Markets Equities. In 2008, Raul became the Chief Operating Officer of NCB Capital, the largest investment bank in Saudi Arabia. At NCB, Raul was directly responsible for wealth and asset management and supervised a large team of private bankers. In 2011, Raul moved to Geneva to build the family office of a prominent member of the Saudi Royal Family, where he managed investments in excess of $5 billion. Raul holds a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from Westminster University.
